These Terms of Service govern your use of WenXun Technology websites and services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

  • This website is operated by Guangzhou WenXun Technology Co., Ltd., a company registered in Tianhe District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China.
  • We sell wellness supplements and curated consumer goods for international customers via cross-border e-commerce.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and exclude import duties and taxes payable in the destination country.
  • Product descriptions and images are for reference; natural colour and packaging variations may occur between batches.
  • We reserve the right to change prices or withdraw products at any time before the order is confirmed.
  • Wellness products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA unless explicitly noted.

3. Orders & Payment

  • A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation after payment is authorized.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards processed through PCI-compliant payment service providers. We do not store your full card data on our servers.
  • We may cancel an order (with full refund) if the product is unavailable, pricing was incorrect, or fraud-risk checks fail.

4. Shipping & Risk

  • Risk passes to the buyer when goods are delivered to the address provided or, if undeliverable, when returned to our warehouse.

5. Customer Obligations

  • You must provide accurate contact and shipping information and comply with import regulations of your country.
  • Prohibited: resale of counterfeit claims, chargeback abuse, fraudulent orders, and use of the site for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All site content, branding (WhySeek, RADIXWELL) and materials are owned by or licensed to Guangzhou WenXun Technology Co., Ltd. and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers or force majeure events.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. We will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through our support channel; you may also use your card network's dispute process.
